In this class, we will learn the ins and outs of the classic French choux pastry, including:

  • How make a basic, foolproof choux pastry
  • How to make craquelin biscuit
  • How to pipe choux buns and éclairs
  • How to make delicious fillings for your choux pastry creations

Throughout the workshop, you will be guided through each step, using high-quality ingredients and professional techniques to ensure your creations are nothing short of spectacular.

At the end of the class, not only will you have a newfound appreciation for choux pastry but you will also have delightful treats to take home.
