You’ll learn how to make an assortment of elegant treats that are perfect for afternoon tea! This class is ideal for beginners and savvy home bakers looking to expand their French pastry repertoire.
During the class, you will learn how to make some classic mini French cakes such as madeleines, financiers, chouquettes, sablés and other cookies or mini “gâteaux de voyage”.
